The Svyatogor photography book describes one of the largest enterprises of Ural Mining and Metallurgical Company (UMMC). Pictures were taken at large open-pits, at workshops and laboratories. The book displays the whole production cycle – from explosive works to shipment of finished goods. A huge number of photographs show an operation of every workshop and department of the enterprise.

Future successful prospects of Svyatogor are directly linked to the development of Novo-Shemursky deposit. Reserves in place are currently estimated at over 20 million of ore which will be enough for 25 years.
Krasnouralsk processing factory was put into operation in 1930. It is currently processing over 2.5 million of raw material per year.
The department of raw material and blend preparation accepts and stores copper-bearing materials and fluxing ores, prepares blend and transports it to the burning department of the metallurgical workshop.
Motor transport workshop includes 170 items of machinery - cranes, excavators, tractors, road building equipment, passenger and freight transport.
